Marine Biologist
We are seeking an experienced Marine Biologist to join our coral restoration team. The ideal candidate will have a background in coral reef ecology, experience with micro-fragmentation or coral aquaculture, and a passion for applied conservation. Responsibilities include coral collection, fragmentation, monitoring, and open-ocean transplantation.
Coral Restoration Technician
Support daily operations at our land-based nursery facility. Responsibilities include coral care, water quality monitoring, equipment maintenance, fragmentation procedures, and data collection. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their conservation career.
Education & Outreach Coordinator
Develop and deliver educational programs for K-12 students, community groups, and tour visitors. Create curriculum materials, coordinate school partnerships, and represent Plant A Million Corals at community events and conferences.
Communications & Digital Marketing Manager
Lead our digital communications strategy including social media, email marketing, website content, and media relations. Produce compelling content that tells the story of our science and mission to diverse audiences.
Development & Grants Manager
Identify, cultivate, and secure funding through grants, corporate partnerships, and major donor relationships. Write compelling grant proposals, manage reporting requirements, and build long-term funding relationships.
